Comfort, Quality, Opportunity
MJW Homes is passionate about creating beautifully designed homes that combine comfort, functionality, and lasting quality. Whether it’s a new build, renovation, or property development, we focus on creating spaces that look great, work well, and stand the test of time.
We believe in doing things properly — with clear communication, transparency, and quality workmanship from the initial concept through to completion.
About Matt Wootton
DEEP ROOTS IN THE REGION
Born and raised in Dunedin, Matt has a strong connection to the region where MJW Homes continues to design, build and develop. With more than two decades of experience in the building industry, Matt started his career as an apprentice in Dunedin before gaining experience across the South Island and progressing to oversee major construction projects throughout New Zealand and Australia.
That experience has shaped a practical, hands-on approach to building and development, with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and getting things right.
When he’s not working on the next project, you’ll usually find Matt doing what he enjoys most outside of work — fishing, golfing and, most importantly, spending time with his kids.
